Homeland Society's vision is to monitor, study, preserve, protect healthy densities and the linkages of urban & rural areas. The goal is to enhance quality of lives where we live, work, and raise our children.  Specific on going tasks are as follows: 

1.       Improve understanding among governments, private sectors, and general public: 

a.       Governments must promote and invest in effective decentralization programs; the practices should include pay scale differential between high and low density locations, make sure that affordable goods and services are available where most needed if not universal.  Provide necessary awareness to general public regarding current density situations. 

b.       Private sectors must recognize the dangers of two extreme densities; planning, locating, re-locating and mobilization of business should be done to benefit the society and communities in achieving equilibrium and avoiding the extreme. 

c.       General public, citizens should be aware of risk and reward in choosing job opportunities, education, housing, etc. It must be able to understand long term projection of locations.

2.       Improve quality of lives in small villages, which in turn will result in healthy densities in affected cities: 

a.       Promote and assist in planning and construction of infrastructures 

1)       identify resource and preserve (our own crews, local communities)

2)      plan & design infrastructures system (our own crews, donators)

3)      neighborhood planning, designing, building (our own crews, donators) 

b.       Assist with technical know how 

1)      community planning (our own crews, local communities)

2)      building construction & resource (our own crews, local communities)

3)      introduction to new technology (our own crews, local communities)

4)      youth scholarship issuance (our resource, donators) 

c.       Promote exchange and improve trades within neighboring communities 

1)       maximize earning capabilities (our own crews)

Learning from Japan, in countries like Thailand and Laos, there have been government initiatives for each village to come up with its own merchandises -- products. The "One Tambol (village) One Product (OTOP)", if handled well, the villagers will realize their potential like never before.

d.       Promote pride in local cultures

3.       Improve relationship and linkage between urban and rural : 

a.       Promote urban and rural cultural exchange (our own crews, local communities, donators) 

b.      Design and planning of transportation system (our own crews, government, local communities, doners)            

c.       Design and planning of telecommunication system (our own crews, private sector, local communities, donators)
