President and founder of The Architects Forum Inc, Newton, Massachusetts 

A United Nation’s Habitat II Accredited non-government-organization and a Boston Society of Architects (A chapter of American Institute of Architects) Design Excellent Award Company providing wide range of complete architectural services. 

President and founder of Homeland Society Inc, Newton, Massachusetts 

A non-profit-organization for the purpose of relieving urban congestion and enhancing rural livability. 

III.  COMMUNITY SERVICES 

1. Conference Participation at the United Nations (Conference on Human Settlements) 

In 1996, representing The Architects Forum Mr. Intha attended Habitat II or the Conference on Human Settlements at the United Nations in both New York and Istanbul.  He provided inputs for several Caucuses, such as Sustainable Society, Appropriate Building Technology, Energy, and Urban & Rural Linkage Caucus.  

In June 2001, representing The Architects Forum and Homeland Society Mr. Intha attended Istanbul + 5 (The urban Millenium) a follow up conference for the Habitat II or the Conference on Human Settlements at the United Nations in New York. 

Related to the Conference on Human Settlements, as a co-chair person he helped organizing the Boston Town Meeting, held on May 11, 1996, for the US Network for the Habitat II.  

2.  Local Communities 

He volunteered his time, participating as a local screening member for the Archdale Development Designer Selection for the Boston Housing Authority in 1985; as visiting design critic at Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and as a thesis consultant to architectural and civil engineering students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Rhode Island School of Design. 

Participates as a core committee member for a historical-cultural heritage group “The King of Thailand Birth Place Foundation (KTBF)” 

Participated as a core committee member for a fund raising drive for a socio-cultural heritage group “Thai-Night 2001, 2002” for a local community. 

Mr. Intha continues to volunteer in his neighborhood as a residential block coordinator for fund raising by American Cancer Society, American Institute for Cancer Research, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, American Heart Association, and others.

3. Architectural Professional Training (part of US Exchange Program) 

At The Architects Forum, Mr. Intha initiates an international internship program accepting foreign architectural students, a part of the US exchange Program.  The program opens opportunities for US students abroad.  

IV.  PUBLICATION  

Architectural Record Magazine; Apartment of the year 1976: Brick Market Place, Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Intha was listed as the designer of a mixed used waterfront complex for 30 stores, 10 offices and 44 residential units. 

V.  HONORS & AWARDS 

1. Design winning award of a 15,000 seat grand-stand for the Royal Turf Club of Thailand - 1965; Contract awarded for same project - 1966; Construction complete - 1968 

2. Design Excellence Award in Housing,  Boston Society of Architects/A chapter of American Institute of Architects - June 1994 

VI.  PERSONAL 

Appreciates aesthetic & beauty, history, cultural heritage, arts, music, sports and travel.  Married to an architect, Muntana (Sunthornrat), no children.
