Dear Mr. President:
I am pleased to introduce to you Homeland Society, a name that is so similar to your latest addition to the country security after the September 11, 2001 incident.   Born few months before Homeland Security, Homeland Society is a non-profit organization, dedicated to relieving urban congestion and enhancing rural living standards.  It therefore promotes options where the people will live and raise the families.

Our purpose is not different from Homeland Security.  While Homeland Security is to secure the nation physically from terrorist-acts, the Homeland Society is to promote understanding among people of various interests.  We are promoting cultural exchanges and promoting prides of the neighborhoods.  We represent moral components, which will work as a back-door security for the Homeland Security, our nation, as well as the rest of the free world.

We are working hard in a special project.  A selected youth US soccer team will spend the time in summer, playing 5 matches of soccer in rural Thailand.  Opposition will be local youth soccer teams.  The team and its coach will in addition spend the time getting to know the people by way of cultural exchange.  The activities will range from teaching English and mathematics, discussing religions, learning Thai cooking, teaching American cooking, learning Thai language, learning Thai dance, etc.  The events will be filmed and later televised simultaneously in the US, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.  At the end these youths will be selected for awards: Best teacher ($100,000), best student ($100,000), best cultural ambassador ($100,000), most fun to watch ($100,000), and most valuable soccer player ($100,000).

We believe this will be an entertaining and fun project for both participants and home spectators when it televised.  Its positive impact will be far-reaching and priceless.  American caring and understanding image will be broadcast and perceived.  We believe this is the best ambassadorship for our nation at this time.

We are in the process of reaching out to sponsors.  In writing your office we are seeking your supports.   Your supports could be in the form of encouragement, advice, fund, grants, etc.  I attach the written program for your review herewith.

Your consideration is greatly appreciated

Very truly yours,

HOMELAND SOCIETY
